Terms of Service
Effective date: October 26, 2026
1. Acceptance
By playing Battlio or using battlio.com you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use them.
2. Eligibility
You must be aged 13 or over, or the higher minimum age in your country.
3. Accounts
You can play as a guest or create a registered account. You are responsible for your username and password and for activity on your account. Give accurate information. Only one person may use each account; do not share or sell accounts.
4. Virtual items
Coins, Gems, cosmetics and other in-game items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you for use in Battlio only. Real-money purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms and refund policies. Deleting your account removes your virtual items and they are not restored.
5. Fair play
No cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, tampering with the game or services, automated abuse, or abusive or offensive nicknames. We may remove content, reset progress, suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
6. Intellectual property
Battlio, its software, art, audio and names belong to Battlio or its licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play it for personal use.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features, events or services at any time. Online features may be unavailable.
8. Disclaimers
The game is provided as is and as available without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law Battlio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.
10. Termination
You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations.
11. Changes to these Terms
Continued use after an update means acceptance.
