Delete your Battlio account

Option 1 — inside the game (recommended)

1. Open Battlio.
2. Open Settings from the Main Menu.
3. Choose Account and Privacy.
4. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, read the warning, then tap DELETE FOREVER.

The game deletes your account and restarts. This works for guest and registered accounts.

Option 2 — request deletion by email (if you cannot open the game)

Send an email to support@battlio.com with the subject Delete my Battlio account and include your Battlio username (or your Player ID if you have it, for example from a previous Support Center message) and your Android device model. To verify that the account is yours we may ask you to send a message from inside the game's Support Center. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your Unity Authentication account (guest ID or username).
• Your Cloud Save data (game progress, Coins, Gems, owned cosmetics, and support messages stored under your account).
• Your Top Players leaderboard entry (if it is still visible after deletion, email us and we will remove it).
• The game data saved on your device.

What may be kept

Records that Google Play keeps about your purchases (managed by Google, not by us), and limited information we must keep for security, fraud prevention or legal reasons. Purchases cannot be refunded or restored by deleting the account.
