Need help with Battlio? Fastest way: open the game, go to the Main Menu and use Support Center, then Contact Us. Your message automatically includes your Player ID, nickname, game version and platform so we can find your account; you never need to send your password.
Email support@battlio.com. Describe what happened step by step, include your device model and Android version, and screenshots if possible.
Quick fixes
- Check your internet connection.
- Close the app completely and open it again.
- Update Battlio to the latest version from Google Play.

Purchases
Purchases are handled by Google Play. For billing or refund questions use your Google Play order history or Google Play support, and email us with the order number if the items did not arrive.
